At Luxury Jannam Perfume we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with any product, you may request a refund or exchange subject to the terms below. This policy applies to purchases made through luxuryjannamperfume.com and deliveries within Pakistan.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

  • Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days (1 week) from the date of delivery.
  • Products returned for refund or exchange must be in resalable condition with at least 90% product remaining in the bottle.
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging, with all labels and seals intact (unless the item was received damaged).
  • Tester Box (Sample Box) items are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
  • Orders with a total value of Rs. 10,000 or above are not refundable — these orders are eligible for exchange only.

Damaged, Leaking or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, leaking, or different from what you ordered, please notify us immediately at info@luxuryjannamperfume.com with photos of the item and packaging.

  • We will investigate and, if confirmed, we will bear the return/delivery charges for the replacement or refund.
  • Please keep all original packaging and provide photographic evidence to expedite the claim.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at info@luxuryjannamperfume.com within 7 days of delivery with: your order number, name, the item(s) you want to return/exchange, and reason.
  2. Attach clear photos if the request is due to damage, leakage, or incorrect item.
  3. Our support team will respond with return instructions and a return authorization (if applicable) within 3–5 working days.
  4. Ship the item back following the provided instructions. For returns not caused by us (e.g., change of mind), return delivery charges are the customer's responsibility.

Processing Time

Return and exchange requests are typically processed within 3–5 working days from the date we receive the returned item and verify its condition. Refunds may take additional time depending on the payment method and bank processing times.

Delivery Charges & Exchanges

  • Delivery charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable for returns due to customer preference or change of mind.
  • Customers are responsible for delivery charges when returning items for exchange, except when the return is due to our error (damaged/wrong item), in which case Luxury Jannam Perfume will cover return shipping.
  • For exchanges, any price difference must be paid by the customer (if the new item costs more). If the exchange item costs less, the difference will be refunded according to the refund method below.

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method where possible. For Cash on Delivery (COD) purchases, refunds will be processed either by:

  • Bank transfer to an account you provide; or
  • Store credit/voucher for use on luxuryjannamperfume.com (if you opt for this).

Please provide accurate bank details if a bank transfer is requested. Refund timing depends on payment provider and bank processing times.

Exclusions & Non-Returnable Items

  • Tester Box (Sample Box) items are strictly non-refundable.
  • Products that show signs of misuse, tampering, or that fail to meet the 90% remaining requirement may be rejected.
  • Any items returned without prior authorization from our support team may be refused or delayed.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted at our discretion in cases where returned items are damaged beyond normal handling or the product condition does not meet the stated return criteria.

Fraudulent Returns

Luxury Jannam Perfume reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges for orders suspected of being fraudulent, or which violate our terms (e.g., repeated misuse of COD, repeated false claims).
